Tax Manager – Global Tax (Crypto/Fintech | Remote)

A fast-growing leader in the digital asset and fintech space is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to lead and manage the global tax function. This is a high-impact role responsible for tax compliance, reporting, planning, and risk management across multiple jurisdictions.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee all aspects of global tax (direct/indirect, international, transfer pricing, ASC 740 reporting).
• Manage U.S. federal, state, and international tax filings.
• Develop and implement international tax strategies that align with business goals.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and Treasury on M&A and global initiatives.
• Lead audits and manage relationships with external advisors.
• Build and mentor a high-performing internal tax team.

What you bring:

• 7+ years of progressive tax experience (public accounting + in-house corporate tax leadership).
• Expertise in U.S. federal and international tax compliance and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 740 and GAAP principles.
• Experience with cross-border structuring and intercompany transactions.
• Leadership skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
• CPA or Master’s in Taxation preferred.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in fintech, crypto, or multinational technology companies.
• Involvement in M&A, tax structuring, or integration projects.
• Familiarity with digital asset tax frameworks (1099 Misc, 1099-DA, CARF, etc.).
• NetSuite ERP experience.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $160K–$220K base salary + bonus + equity
