Resolution Think, LLC is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Program Manager to oversee a comprehensive IT support services contract with the Library of Congress. This is a key personnel position responsible for the overall performance, management, and quality assurance of the contract. The Program Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for all program-level communications and contractual matters.).

Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities: - Serve as the single point of contact for the Library's Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
- Responsible for the overall performance and management of the contract, ensuring all services are delivered in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Formulate, enforce, and enhance work standards for all contractor employees.
- Assign contractor schedules, review work discrepancies, and supervise contractor personnel.
- Communicate the policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates.
- Track and account for government-provided equipment.
- Responsible for all staffing decisions under the contract's execution.
- Lead and guide teams and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Program Management Plan.
- Prepare and submit all formal document deliverables, ensuring quality and adherence to specified formats.
Requirements: - Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Accreditation: Project Management Professional (preferred)
- Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of experience in project or programming management, with a focus on IT services.
- Demonstrated experience managing all aspects of a contract, including financials, schedules, performance, risks, and quality.
- Possess strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in developing and presenting reports and data analysis.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
- Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship
- Credentialing: Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
