Optometrist - Competitive Compensation + Great Benefits - Kalamazoo, MI

We are seeking a motivated Optometrist to join an established practice in Kalamazoo, Michigan!

DETAILS:

• Mostly Primary Eye Care.
• 2-3 patients per hour.
• Great support team including billing manager, technicians, marketing, and opticians available.
• Updated technology provided: EMR, Retinal Cameras, OCT (at select offices).
• New Grad OD Program available - Start before you are licensed.
• Great OD mentorship available.

SCHEDULE:

• Full Time.
• 4 or 5 days work week available.
• 2+ Saturdays preferred.

COMPENSATION + BENEFITS:

• Production based incentive model with bonuses on top.
• Average earnings of $150,000-$160,000/year.
