Responsibilities: • Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary • Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner • Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process • Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales • Lead generation • Real estate sales • Buyer lead follow-up • Set appointments • Execute appointments • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Professional in attitude and appearance • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision • A real estate license is required • Sales experience • Working Rights in the USA • Must live within daily driving distance of the office About Company: This is an opportunity to be part of one of Orange County's top-producing teams, with over 265 million in closed volume in the past 12 months.
