Job title: Data Entry Specialist

Location : Fargo, ND

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm

11 week assignment

Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly accurate Data Entry Specialist to join our team.

The primary responsibility of this role is to input and maintain various types of data into our company's Laboratory Information Management System.

The ideal candidate should have excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently with minimal errors.

Responsibilities :

• Accurately type and enter data into the company's database systems from various sources, including paper documents, electronic files, and web forms
• Verify and ensure the accuracy of data by reviewing and cross-checking information
• Perform data cleansing and formatting tasks to maintain data integrity
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve any discrepancies or errors in the data
• Follow established procedures and protocols to maintain data security and confidentiality
• Generate reports and assist in data analysis as required
• Adhere to deadlines and complete assigned tasks within given timeframes

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data entry or related fields are a plus
• Proven experience as a data entry specialist or similar role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors or inconsistencies in data
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
