We’re looking for our next season Estimators to join our growing team at Bondoc Roofing in San Antonio, TX. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys talking with people, organizing information, and helping others make big decisions about their homes. Location : San Antonio, TX (Work in-office for 6 months, then you’ll have the option to work remotely)
Pay : $20/hr
Schedule : Tuesday to Saturday (Training: Monday to Friday)
Hours : 10 AM to 7 PM

As an Estimator, you’ll be the go-to support person for our Roof Advisors. You’ll review homeowner files, prepare digital sketches using RoofSnap, help communicate with insurance companies, and follow up with clients throughout the sales process. You won’t be knocking doors or closing deals—but you’ll play a huge role in helping the team succeed and helping homeowners feel confident every step of the way.

This job blends customer service, sales support, and project coordination. One moment you might be jumping into a video call to explain financing options to a homeowner; the next, you’re reviewing documents to make sure we didn’t miss a detail before sending the job to production.

Your day-to-day may include:

• Learning our roofing services so you can clearly explain them to customers

• Entering call notes, estimates, and project details into our CRM

• Supporting Roof Advisors with sketches, takeoffs, and homeowner updates

• Calling or emailing homeowners to answer questions and gather information

• Helping communicate with insurance companies and supplement claims when needed

• Organizing documents, contracts, and photos using tools like Google Drive and DocuSign

• Tracking your personal metrics—like how many estimates you’ve supported and how many projects closed

You’ll do well here if you:

• Have 2+ years of sales or customer-facing experience

• Can communicate clearly over phone, email, and video

• Like helping people and making sure they feel taken care of

• Stay organized and calm when multiple things are happening at once

• Are comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, CRMs, or task managers

• Are curious, eager to learn, and open to feedback

• (Bonus) Speak Spanish or have roofing/construction experience
