The Role You'll Contribute Clean the cooking areas, utensils, and equipment in the kitchen, as necessary.
The Value You'll Bring To The Team - Washes and sorts flatware, serving dishes, china, and glasses.
- Operates dishwashing machine.
- Cleans and sanitizes all food preparation surfaces, counters and shelves in the kitchen following each meal.
- Sweeps and mops floor in kitchen after each meal. Sweeps, mops, removes trash as assigned. Operates and cleans dish machine and assigned equipment per department procedures, including routine sanitizer solution and temperatures checks.
- Identifies and utilizes cleaning chemicals following directions recommended by manufacturers and per SDS sheets.
Qualifications The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed : - High School Education or equivalent Preferred
